We can provide Front of House services for any event at our venues. Our specialist staff can work with you, drawing on experience from thousands of events, with detailed knowledge of the venue, to provide you with the level of service your event requires. This can include ticket checking, searching where appropriate, access control, seating, stewarding or visitor management.

Smooth arrival at an event doesn't just happen; it has to be managed, particularly where there are large numbers of visitors attending. Our dedicated visitor management team can be deployed to ensure that visitors reach their desired event as quickly and safely as possible. We will work with you to provide a well co-ordinated and communicated plan.

Our large and friendly team of concert and event stewards will help manage visitors to your event, ensuring their safe and efficient movement. We will ensure that all safety standards and legislation are met by our British Standard accredited team. We will help you manage arena and other events, either at our venues or elsewhere. Our experience includes a wide range of prestige and high security events.
